We were introduced to three distinctly unique salads whose ingredients were picked on the farm THAT day! I couldn’t decide which was my favorite, the Rainbow Chard and Field Tomatoes or the Turnips and Beets with a Minted Vinaigrette. With carefully selected sides woven perfectly throughout the experience, the true stand out was the Slow and Low Tri-Tip.
