Communicating with buyers + media through your exhibitor message center
As part of your Housewares Connect 365 listing, exhibitors have access to a personal message center FREE of charge. Through your message center you can send buyers and media an invitation to your booth before the Show and follow-up with them after the Show. This is an excellent way to communicate and build business relationships revolving around the Show.
To send a message you first generate of list of buyers and media based upon the specific criteria you select – call it our way of matchmaking between like-minded buyers and sellers. Once you determine your audience, you can personalize a message, add a company logo and add product images or catalogs.
Buyers and Media can also send messages to you through the message center at any time. We will let you know if you have any messages in your message center as a part of the weekly show update email sent directly to you. These emails are a nice reminder, but I would suggest designating a person within your company to check your messages more regularly – especially as we get closer to the Show.
