With Fall officially starting on September 23rd, we are at the beginning of what is traditionally the busiest recruiting period for companies of all sizes. We certainly hope this proves true this season, with the U.S. unemployment rate of 9.7% in August the job market could use a boost (Reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Housewares, as have most industries, has had its fair share of job cuts during this economic downturn, leaving many talented executives of all levels looking for employment in both the retail and manufacturing sectors.
