London Drugs has 80 stores in 35 markets across Western Canada and is well known to the Canadian consumer as a retailer that is fast to react to trends and products. During his presentation at the Global Forum, James will describe how London Drugs operates within the competitive landscape of the Canadian market, how the retailer selects products and goes to market through the brick and mortar as well as online sales channels.
